Combine All Dry Ingredients except banana
Add Water and Milk and 1 egg - Mix
Add Oil and 2nd egg and the rest of the wet ingredients
Add Banana and mix thouroughly
Mixture will be a bit runnier than traditional pancake batter.

Pour desired portion of batter on pan and cook until top is bubbly looking, flip and cook the other side...serve with syrup, honey, agave syrup - whatever you like.

* You can purchase oat flour ready made or just put 2 1/4 cup of oatmeal in a blender or food processor to make oat flour - the home made stuff always tastes better. =-)

This was good. I just had to add more flour to it, it was too runny for my taste. - 10/22/09
