Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package Al Fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage (4 links), sliced on the bias
    1.25 Cup Barilla Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
    2 Green peppers sliced
    0.75 Vidalia Onion sliced
    Pam
    1 T grated Romano cheese

Directions

Spray a large skillet with Pam.
Add onions and saute over med-high heat for 5 min
Add peppers and saute over med-high heat for 5 min
Turn up heat to high.
Add chicken sausages and saute over high heat for 5-10 minutes or until browned.
Turn down heat to low.
Add tomato sauce and parmesan cheese and stir until heated through.

Makes 4 hearty servings.
Great on its own, or can serve over pasta (Pasta NOT included in calorie count)

    This was good and easy to make. I served over shredded sauteed zucchini instead of pasta. I also added red pepper flakes and some minced garlic to zucchini. I will definitely make again. - 7/30/14
