Introduction

I make a smoothie for breakfast every morning and I like to boost the nutritional value by using V8 V-Fusion juice which contains both a full serving of fruit and a full serving of vegetables in every cup. There are quite a few flavors of the juice so you can find whichever one you like best! Ingredients

    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
    1/2 cup of frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    1/4 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 cup of V-Fusion Juice (any flavor)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Makes about 2 1-cup servings.

Try using different fruit or different flavors of the juice to suit your taste.
