    Awesome!
I decide to tweak the turkey down to 2lbs and add a pile of vegetables, more garlic and a 1/4c Sriracha to add interest but not heat.
Added up there 90 calories per lil meatloaf and great texture.
    Changes:
    2lb 97% turkey
    eggs
    2 onions
    3/4lb carrots
    16oz mushrooms
    1/4 cup Sriracha

Due to food allergies in the family, the egg beaters were omitted; I substituted 6 chopped button mushrooms...yummy!!!! - 6/29/09

oh you actually made it? cool. I didn't know you were planning it for last night! I thought this recipe was ok. Next time I am adding one or two more cloves of garlic and scallions. Mushrooms sound awesome. I just know my family wont eat them! lol
