Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey
    1 cup chopped peppers
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    2 cups hunts four cheese pasta sauce
    1 egg white
    8 oz spaghetti noodles

Directions

Prepare the spaghetti as instructed and add pasta sauce when done.

While preparing the noodles combine the turkey meat, egg white and bread crumbs together. Roll into about 8 balls and cook on skillet over med-low heat. When the meatballs are almost done add the peppers and onion to the skillet. Sautee covered for 3 minutes on med-high, stir and cover for another 3 minutes.

Combine the skillet with the pasta and there you have it

    Very Good
    Meatballs were a bit short on Flavour but the dinner was good, next time I will spice it up a bit more. Thanks - 10/20/11
