Ingredients

3 lb. red potatos/idaho potatos (abt. 10)
2 tbsp. ranch dressing
8 oz. or 1 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. 8 oz mushrooms
Directions
Place diced potatos in a large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover the potatos. Bring to a boil on high heat. Redue to medium-low; cook 15min or until potatos are tender.
Drain potatos; return to saucepan. Add ranch dressing, cream cheese, and milk. Mash with potato masher to desired consistency. Spoon into microwavable bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Refridgerate until ready to use.
Melt butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat; add mushrooms. Cook 5 min or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequenly. Spoon into small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Refridgerate until ready to use.
Vent plastic wrap covering potatos by poking holes in the top. Microwave on high 6-8 mins or until heated through. Top with mushrooms. Microwave uncovered an additional 2-3 min.
Makes 12 servings of 2/3 c. each. Can be made up to 2 days prior to holiday meal.
