Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 c. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 oz unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 tsp vanilla


Directions

Heat maple syrup, oil, cinnamon in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 mins. stirring constantly. Remove from heat add remaining ingredients. Drop from teaspoon on wax paper. Cool.
Makes 64

    I made these today. I measured the Coco with my scale as it is a dry ingredient. way to much coco. It would have been nice had I realized it was a different way to measure it. Im not much of a cook. I had to add a 1/3 cup of sugar to make them taste good, but they did turn out delicious after all - 8/10/13

    Incredible!
    I substituted organic coconut oil for the veg oil. These were divine! Stuck together perfectly once I refrigerated them for about an hour. Recipe only made about 30, though. - 9/29/12

    I don't know, but mine wouldn't set up and I ended up putting them in the freezer. - 9/22/09
