    1/2 cup soy milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    2 dried figs, chopped
    1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
    1 tsp honey


Bring milk, water, and oats to a boil. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes. Add figs, flaxseeds, and honey.
Makes 1 serving.

    Very Good. I use all water and insted of honey use agave nectar. Dried Figs added a very good flavor to it. Thanks for the recipe. - 4/12/10
