Introduction

This is low fat, and delicious and super easy to make. This is low fat, and delicious and super easy to make.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 can - chick peas
    1 mediium - onion, chopped
    5 cloves - garlic, chopped finely
    2 tbsp. - Becel Light Margarine

Directions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic and saute until soft. Pour whole can of chick peas in and bring to a boil. Simmer until 3/4 of juice from chick peas is gone. Let cool and serve and can be eaten hot.

Makes 5 - 1/2 cup servings.
