Introduction

Low fat, low cholesterol chocolate cake made with no eggs. There is a kind of weird ingredient in it, but don't let it scare you off, this is a delicious and moist chocolate cake. Ingredients

    1/3 cup - cocoa
    1/2 cup - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 cup - Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup - white flour
    1 tsp. - baking soda
    1/2 tsp - salt
    2 tsp - vanilla
    1/2 cup - unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup - water
    3 tbsp. - white vinegar ( I promise you won't taste it)

Directions

In an 8" square pan, mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
Wisk wet ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients only until mixed.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minuttes.
Let completely cool.
May be iced with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
