Introduction

Delicious hamburger recipe that I adapted from a television cooking show. Tastes just like the burgers you pay big bucks for. Delicious hamburger recipe that I adapted from a television cooking show. Tastes just like the burgers you pay big bucks for.

Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
    1/4 cup of plain bread crumbs
    hotsauce to taste
    1 tbsp of cracked black pepper

Directions

Place ground beef in a bowl and pour in full contents of au jus mix and all other ingredients. Incorporate seasonings into beef fully, but do not over manipulate beef.

Form beef into patties, and heat a skillet over medium high heat. Sear patties for 1-2 minutes on each side. Place patties on broiler pan and broil in oven or place on grill for remaining cooking time until cooked to desired doneness. These times will vary.

Top patties with light cheese and a combine buns and condiments to make your perfect burger.
