Ingredients

    8 oz Whole Grain Pasta
    1 lb. Cooked Shrimp
    1 cup Sliced Zuchini
    1 cup Sliced Yellow Squash
    1 cup Sliced Red Sweet Pepper
    2 tbs White Cooking Wine
    1/4 cup Pesto w/ Basil
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Saute Zuchini, Squash and Red Peppers in Cooking Wine until cooked. Add Pesto, Parmesan Cheese and Pasta and toss to coat.
