Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef 93% lean
    medium yellow onion
    taco seasoning packet low sodium
    3 roma tomato
    1 cup fat free cheese
    3 green onions
    4 oz doritos
    4 cups romaine lettuce
    4 cups iceburg lettuce

Directions

Chopped medium yellow onion

brown ground beef with yellow onion then add taco seasoning pack following directions for the package

dice tomato, green onion, romaine and iceburg

crumble doritos

mix all ingredients together while meat is still hot to get a slight wilt to the lettuce

makes 4 servings
