This is the best. My family knows everytime if I do not use this recipe and are not happy about it. The ground turkey is the key to keeping it healthy. Add any of your favorite veggies to this. The kids won't even notice if you add squash, peppers, or broccoli. They love it any way. Use whole wheat pasta and you have it made! This is the best. Ingredients

1 Pound ground turkey 95% lean
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
8-10 Mushrooms sliced
3 celery ribs copped
1 1/2 tsp Garlic
2 can (14 1/2oz) stewed tomatoes
1 Jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp splenda
1tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
Cook turkey, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, celery, and garlic. Drain any juices. Combine all other ingredients and simmer on stove top for one hour or in your crock pot for 4-5 hrs. Serve over your pasta. This yields 12 servings and freezes well.
