Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients



    * *Oscar Meyer Bacon (4 strips cooked and crumbled)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    * *vinegar, white, .5 cup
    * Yellow Mustard, .5 tsp
    * *Flour, white, 1/8 cup (remove)
    water- varies one cup at most

Directions

mix sugar and vinegar in a saucepan, add mustard- stir well, add flour, stir over medium heat until it begins to thicken, add water a bit at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
Toss with spinach and bacon (maybe add some strawberries or craisins next time)
Serves 4 side salad sizes or two main dish
