    120g ground oats
    3 scoops whey (I used banana flavour)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp ginger
    2 whole egg
    1 large ripe banana
    250g syrup canned rhubarb drained (can use stewed fresh)

    Sweeten batter to taste (you probably won't need to)


Mash banana and beat in egg. Thoroughly mix in other ingredients. Bake in TWO standard loaf tins for 40-50 minutes at 175 C.
