One of my husband's favorite. One of my husband's favorite.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb Ground Turkey
    6 oz Egg Noodles
    1/2 cup Sour Cream
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup water
    1.5 tbls Chicken Bouillon
    1 tlbs Olive Oil
    1 tsp Curry Powder
    1 tlbs Minced Onion
    1 tsp Paprika (if desired)
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, curry powder and paprika. Add minced onion, water, cream of mushroom soup and bouillon. Simmer until turkey is cooked through.
Meanwhile have the egg noodles cooking for 12 minutes in boiling water. Drain
When turkey is ready to serve...add sour cream and blend well.

Serve over drained egg noodles.
