Ingredients

4 oz Ronzini Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta
1 Pkg Kraft Mac & Cheese Sauce Mix
1/4 cup Fat Free Milk
1 tsp "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Regular Soft
8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 cup Baby Portabella Mushrooms sliced
4 tbsp fresh basil chopped
1 tbsp oilve oil
2 tsp salt

Directions
Preheat gas grill on medium heat.
Rinse chicken, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
Once grill is preheated, spread some olive oil over grates with a paper towel and place chicken on grill, close lid and let cook about 10 minutes.
While chicken is cooking, bring 3 quarts water with 2 tsp salt to a rapid boil. Add pasta and stir, returning to a rapid boil. Cook pasta uncovered 18 minutes, stirring occassonally.
After chicken has been on the grill for 10 minutes, turn over and continue cooking another 10 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees.
Preheat a saute pan over medium heat with olive oil. Add mushrooms and saute about 5 minutes.
When chicken is done, remove form grill and let cool. Slice chicken into small cubes.
Drain pasta when done.
Using the same pot for pasta, add milk, butter, and cheese mix.
Add pasta to pot and mix well until sauce is creamy.
Add chicken, mushrooms and basil and mix well.
Separate into two bowls.
Serves 2.
