Ingredients

    Low Fat cream of mushroom soup 1 can
    1 can of peas
    2 1/2 cups of any noodle
    3 cans of tuna
    salt to taste
    1/2 a cup of bread crumbs
    1 1/3 cups of soy milk
    1 1/2 TbSp of margine

Directions

1 quart casserole dish
mix all the wet ingrediants while making the noodles when noodles are done mix all together and spread the bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Then place in the oven for 40 minutes at 400 degrees
