I make it with gluten free rice bread but you can use any kind of bread you like for breadcrumbs.
Sometimes I use dried herbs I just cut the amount in half. The best turkey meatballs we have ever had!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs ( I use 1.5 slices of Food for life brown rice bread)
2 T. fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 T. fresh basil, finely chopped
2 T. fresh oregano, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix bread crumbs, egg and spices. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Using a spoon scoop up mixture and shape into balls, placed on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
