Ingredients

    6 T of Sam's Choice Peach Pineapple Chipotle Salsa (or enought to fully cover filet)
    1 4oz. Tilapia Filet

Directions

This makes one serving, but times the recipe for how many you need.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While preheating, thaw filet. Place in baking dish and fully cover filet in salsa (took me about 6 tablespoons). Place in oven for 15-20 or until fully cooked. Serve!

Goes well with steamed veggies, especially corn.
