    1 Tsp. olive oil
    10 oz ground turkey (93% lean)
    1/2 C carrots, sliced or diced
    1/2 C onions, chopped
    1/2 C green pepper, chopped
    1 C zucchini, chopped or grated
    1 C chicken broth (I use low sodium)
    1 1/2 C DelMonte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (or whatever brand you prefer)
    1 C Water


Makes 4 - 1 Cup servings.

Put olive oil in large deep skillet. Add ground turkey and brown over medium high heat, breaking up any large chunks. Add salt & pepper to tasteAdd carrots, onions, green pepper & zucchini and continue to saute until the vegetables are just starting to get tender. Add the chicken broth, spaghetti sauce & 1/2 - 1 cup of the water (depending upon your desired thickness) Simmer on low heat, covered, for about 45 minutes.

I like to add a big palmful of Italian bend dry seasoning to this, but the choice is yours depending on how well your choice of spaghetti sauce is seasoned.

Serve over your choice of pasta & sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese, & a sprig of fresh basil, if desired.
