Introduction

I originally made this as "trail food" while camping, but it works well for a busy, cooking-impaired college student. Make with whole-wheat pasta for extra fiber, but this way is gluten-free. Ingredients

    8 oz Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta
    12 oz Chunk light tuna
    8 T Light chives & onion cream cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, but do not rinse. Transfer back to pot. Stir in tuna and cream cheese. The cream cheese melts in to a cheesy sauce, and the tuna adds a protein punch!
