    1 pound bag of dry whole wheat pasta
    1 large onion
    3 stalk of celeri
    1 sweet pepper(Yellow)
    3 Tomato
    garlic
    fine herb
    4 Mushrooms
    200g of sheep feta
    15 black Kalamata Olives

Directions

Cook the pasta al dente
saute the vegetables in 1 tble spoon of olive oil
cut the cheese in cube
mixe the pasta, veggies and cheese together

serve either hot or cold
makes 6 -cup serving
