This is a GREAT sandwich for a summer day or on a day you're craving something sweet but healthy. Takes about 2 minutes to make and is super filling. Ingredients

2 slices sprouted grain bread
2 tbsp Better'n Peanut Butter (add 90-100 calories for regular peanut butter)
1 tbsp honey (or less if you want it a little less sweet)
5 sliced up strawberries
Directions
Toast your slices of bread, and cut up the strawberries into small slices. These will be the "meat" of your sandwich. When the bread is done, spread 2 tbsp of the peanut butter on the bottom, pile the strawberries on, and spread the honey on top.
