Drop the honey and save about half the carbs (much better for diabetics!!) I did that and found that I didn't really even miss the honey (I don't like things that are sweet anymore!)
SO GOOD
My toaster is currently not working so I did grilled cheese still bread, but the bread was only 40 calories per slice and I used sugar free honey and light butter. Thanks for the recipe I will be making this often!
I only keep white bread in the house cause thats all the BF will eat.. so I put it on a Wheat High Fiber/ Low Cal Tortilla wrap and it made it even healthier and was soooo good! Thanks for the recipe :)
