Delicious but a little bit too high in calories for me.
I Use egg beaters to save a bit on calories and almond milk, Found a lite bread 35 calorie which works, Of course a sprouted bread is even better. I Use powdered nut butter too.Nice to use fresh berries too-good idea. Love it-great treat.
