Ingredients

    4 cups romaine lettuce
    12 to 20 grape tomatoes (or other varieties cut into chunks or wedges)
    1 cup cucumber slices
    1 cup (or more, if preferred) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    Sliced red onion to taste
    10 to 20 kalamata olives
    6 to 10 pepperoncinis
    1/2 cup feta cheese

Directions

Serves 2
Prepare salad ingredient and toss with dressing just before serving. Top with cheese, or include in the toss, according to preference.
