Introduction

I make several batches at a time and freeze them. My son grabs these on his way out the door for work by his morning break they are ready to eat. I make several batches at a time and freeze them. My son grabs these on his way out the door for work by his morning break they are ready to eat.

Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Apple Butter (Home made is best)
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Power
    1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 Cup Milk

Directions

Mix the following ingredients together until well blended: Brown Sugar, Egg, Apple Butter, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Baking Powder. then mix in the Flour until blended. You will want to add enough milk to give a consistance of cake batter.

Pour batter into muffin tins that have been sprayed with non-stick or paper lined.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes: Make 12 Muffins
