    6 Tbls Olive Oil
    4 Tbls Lemon Juice
    3 cloves of Garlic minced
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp black Pepper
    1 tsp Chili powder
    2 Tbls Parsley, dried
    1 lb Asparagus, fresh cut into 2' sections
    1 Red Pepper, cut into strips
    1 Yellow Peppers cut into strips,
    1 Green pepper, cut into strips
    8 oz Mushrooms, in chunks


Cut up veggies and put in a large bowl.
Mix the Sauce ingrediants and whisk.
line a 8 x 11" pan with foil
dump the sauce mix on top of the veggies
mix well
dump into lined pan and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
