I like to make a variation of this by hulling a small tomato, filling with a couple tbsp cottage cheese and sprinkling dill on top. It's visually appealing and smells good too, I just love how dill smells. Great snack. :-) - 2/28/11

I tried it without the dill weed, but with pepper and it was really good. It's perfect for a snack. - 7/23/08

I wanted a quick snack and used the fat free cottage cheese I had in the fridge. It turned out pretty watery, but I think it would be good if I followed the directions. - 8/2/07

    Very Good
Smells good, I made that, plus some romaine lettuce and spinach in a bowl. So either the family could have it seperate, or put the cottage cheese tomato salad on top. - 6/20/07
