Ingredients

    6 Medium tomatoes, washed
    2 cups of cooked ground turkey and whole kernel corn
    1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
    1 tablespoon melted margarine
    1/4 cup of buttered crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste.

    Variation: Add chopped Nuts and Mushrooms to the meat and corn mixture.

    Yield: 6 serviings

Directions

Cut a thin sline from stem end of each tomatoe; remove pulp. Mix meat and corn, soft bread crumbs, margirine, and seasonings. Fill tomato shells with Mixture. Cover tops with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 deg for 30 miuntes or until tender. add chopped nuts and sliced mushrooms to the meat and corn mixture for a variation. Serving 6
