    16 oz thawed orange roughy
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese


Combine dry ingredients, coat fish,
Sprinkle cheese evenly on each piece.
Spray glass pan, or foil lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, or until fish is flaky.
