Something quick I throw together for me and the kids before we rush off to our days :) I prepare all fruit the night before to speed up the process in the am! Ingredients

    1 banana
    1.5 cups Strawberries
    1 cup canned pineapple
    1 kiwi
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 or 2 packs of splenda
    scoop of ice

Directions

Toss all in blender and enjoy on the run!! Makes 4/ 1 cup servings!! I enjoy this with a piece of whole wheat toast and pb to fill me til snack time!!
