Ingredients

    taco seasoning mix
    water
    sirloin tip, cut into cubes
    2 cans of tomatoes

Directions

Place taco seasoning in large zip lock bag. Add beef cut into cubes. Sautee for 15 mins. Add tomatoes, onions, water and rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for two hours. Makes 8 servings.
