Ingredients

12 hard boiled eggs
About 1/4 cup minced chives
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp WF mayo (0 cal)
1 tsp French’s Dijon mustard
1 tsp French’s honey mustard
2 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions
Place eggs in water bring to boil for about 10 minutes. When done, put in a bowl with cold water.
In a small bowl, combine minced chives, minced parsley, Walden Farms mayo, Dijon and honey mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Put all but 4 yolks in small bowl with mixture. Add 3-4 egg white halves to this mixture as well.
Crush and mix the mixture. Then with a small spoon place filling in egg white cavities. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 19-20 halves.
