    1 lb chicken thinky sliced
    4 TBS peanut butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp sesame oil
    6 cups or more green beans cut in bite size pieces
    i med onion


stir fry chick and veg.
mix all other ingredients together and pour over

    This was very good I made it tonight. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce, so it was a little salty but still very good and very easy. I will make this again. - 8/31/09

    I added in a few slices of freshly grated ginger too -- it made a lot of food and everyone loved it! Easy quick dinner hit, easily paired with rice. - 8/7/09

  • This is a decicious change from the same boring chicken breast. Tasty and filling. A real comfort food. I served it over a small boiled potato and it was still low-calorie! - 9/25/13

  • This was good, but I found it a bit bitter. I do think perhaps a bit more seasoning would be nice. Will make it again and tweak it a bit for my own taste. Thank you for the recipe. - 8/22/13

  • I made this tonight and added minced ginger and red pepper flakes to the sauce based on other comments . I didn't have enough green beans, so I added some broccoli, and that worked well, too. I pre-steamed the veggies until crisp tender, then stirred them in at the end to warm them. Thanks! - 7/10/12

  • This was excellent! Very easy to make and really good. I added fresh chopped ginger because I love that. You could also add a drop or two of hot chili oil if you like more heat. - 4/28/12

  • This is a great go-to easy recipe! I think it definitely need a bit more than 2 tsp of oil to stir fry a lb of chicken and 6 cups of beans though. I added crushed red pepper for heat and skipped the onion. Served over brown rice. - 4/12/11

  • MY GOSH this was AWESOME! I used to make something like this, but haven't because of the nutritional information. This will be a new STAPLE for me. The only thing was keeping myself to just one portion! I'll try it with brown rice next. THANKS for sharing!! - 9/10/10
