This is a decicious change from the same boring chicken breast. Tasty and filling. A real comfort food. I served it over a small boiled potato and it was still low-calorie!
MY GOSH this was AWESOME! I used to make something like this, but haven't because of the nutritional information. This will be a new STAPLE for me. The only thing was keeping myself to just one portion! I'll try it with brown rice next. THANKS for sharing!!
This was very good I made it tonight. I didn't have low sodium soy sauce, so it was a little salty but still very good and very easy. I will make this again.
