Ingredients

    1 lb Hillshire Farm Like Keilbasa, sliced
    13 1/4 oz chicken broth
    1 tbsp mustard, prepared
    1 tsp. mustard seeds (optional)
    10 red bliss potatoes, sliced
    2/3 cup onion, coarsely chopped
    1 1/4 lbs (6 packed cups) green cabage, shredded coarse
    1 large golden delicious apple or other firm apple, cored and sliced

Directions

Stir chicken broth and mustard in deep 12" skillet. Add mustard seeds and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and onions. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add Kielbasa and cabage. Cover and cook about 12 minutes longer, stirring once or twice, until potatioes are tender and cabbage is scrisp-tender.
Stir in apple. Cover and simmer an add'l 5 minutes until apple is crisp-tender.

    Very Good
    Family loved it! -- I used 1 cup of apple juice instead of an apple & mixed in 1 tsp beef broth bullion + salt & pepper to taste.
    Will make again.
