Someone brought us fresh tuna so I tried this recipe. Someone brought us fresh tuna so I tried this recipe.
Number of Servings: 4


    4 fresh tuna steaks
    2 Tablespoons Simply Fruit Orange Marmalade
    1/4 cup of White Wine
    1/2 teaspoon of ground tarragon
    1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
    Salt, as desired
    Pepper, as desired


Makes 4, 4 ounce servings.
Mix all ingredients except for the tuna, pour the marinade over the fish in a shallow nonmetal baking dish. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Do not marinate overnight, the fish may become tough.

Drain the tuna and grill it over medium heat about 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with reserved marinate when turning. Fish is done when it begins to flake easily.
