Introduction

A great way to get your daily intake of spinach while enjoying the delicious flavours of the fruit. A great way to get your daily intake of spinach while enjoying the delicious flavours of the fruit.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 small handful of spinach
    4 medium sized strawberries
    1 medium sized banana

Directions

1 Cut 1 banana into bite size pieces
2 Chop 4 strawberries into chunks
3 Put 1/4 cup of spinach into blender
4 Put 1 small handful of spinach into blender
5 Blend until there are no large pieces of spinach
6 Put strawberry chunks and chopped banana into blender
7 Blend unitl smooth
8 Take a sip to taste test!
9 Add more spinach, strawberry, or banana as needed to your personal preference.
10 Pour into large glass and enjoy!

Makes 1-2 servings, depending on the size glass you use, I used a large glass.
