Ingredients

    150 gms - Paneer / cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Yogurt + 2 tbsp
    3 large - Tomatoes
    3 grated - onions
    1tsp - Garam masala
    2 tsp - coriander powder & cumin powder
    11/2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    salt to taste, coriander leaves
    1 tbsp - canola/ any cooking oil

Directions

Cut and deep fry the paneer lightly. Cut the tomatoes finely. Heat oil and fry onions till pink in color. Add all the powders and fry for 1 mt. Add tomatoes and fry till the oil comes out. Add a cup of water and beaten curd. Add paneer, and cook for a while. Garnish with coriander leaves. If required add a little butter and serve.
