    1 cup self rising cornmeal
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup milk (2 % used for nutrition information)
    2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes


Bake at 400 for 40 min until browned. I bake mine in a 9" cast iron skillet sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
