Make it the night before and cook in the morning. Make it the night before and cook in the morning.

    1 - Pound Petit Jean Sausage
    18 - Large Eggs
    1/2 - Cup Milk
    1 - Cup chopped onion
    2 - Cup chopped red bell pepper
    1 - Bag frozen hashbrowns
    1 - 8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese
    1 - tsp black pepper


Brown sausage on stove. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add all other ingredients except for the cheese and mix well. Poor into large baking pan. Bake on 350 for about 40 minutes or until you can stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese on top and let sit or bake an additional 4 minutes or untill cheese is melted.
