Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/4 cup Jalapeno pepper chopped
    1/4 cup Poblano Pepper chopped
    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1/4 tsp chopped red pepper
    1 tsp ground red pepper
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 clove garlic chopped
    1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper

    6 Lasagna noodles oven ready
    1 16 oz jar mild chunky salsa
    8 oz mild taco sauce
    8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    8 oz shredded co-jack cheese
    8 oz cheese spread
    2 eggs
    23 baked Tostitos Scoops crushed
    1 small can of sliced black olives
    Chop 1/2 of olives

Directions

1 Saute' half of chopped peppers, onion, whole garlic clove, red pepper, chopped red pepper, pepper with 1 TBL water.
2 Brown ground beef with pepper mixture and drain

3 Mix cheese spread with eggs and crushed chips until smooth

4 Mix salsa and taco sauce

5 Spread 1 cup salsa mixture into 8x10" baking dish
6 Place one layer of noodles
7 Spread 3/4 cup salsa mix
8 Sprinkle with chopped peppers, onion, and olive
9 Spread cheese mix. Approximately 1/2 cup
10 Spread beef
11 Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
12 Spread 3/4 salsa
13 Repeat 6-13
14 Sprinkle Co-Jack cheese
15 Sprinkle with sliced olives

16 Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 1 hour
17 Let stand 10 min uncovered to set
