Ingredients

    2 Baker's unsweetened chocolate baking squares
    1/2 Tablespoon heavy cream
    Dash of Almond extract
    8 medium strawberries

Directions

Wash and dry 8 medium size strawberries. Chop the baking squares into small pieces. Put the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about a minute, checking every 15 seconds, until melted. Stir in the cream and almond extract.
Holding the top of the strawberies dip them each into the chocolate (or spoon it over each one using a spoon) and place them on a plate lined with waxed paper and place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden. Enjoy. This recipe yields 2 servings of 4 chocolate covered strawberries each.
