Ingredients

    4 boneless pork loin chops~4 oz each~3/4 inch thick
    2 tbsp packed brown sugar
    3 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup honey

Directions

1. Combine sugar, mustard and honey in small saucepan on stovetop. On low heat, gently stir until thickened.

2. Lightly coat skillet or grill with non-stick cooking spray. While glaze is warming, cook pork chops on medium heat, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes on each side.

3. Brush glaze over chops, and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn chops and baste other side.

4. Turn and baste chops with remaining glaze 3-4 times until done cooking.

Total cooking time should be about 10-15 minutes. Internal temp of each pork chop should reach 160 degrees.
