Introduction

My momma makes this meatloaf and its so yummy. It feels like you're eating something full of fat, but you're not! My momma makes this meatloaf and its so yummy. It feels like you're eating something full of fat, but you're not!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb of lean ground beef. Not leanest or else will be dry.
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 c chopped green pepper
    3/4 c oatmeal

Directions

Combine all except 1 can of tomato sauce. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered. Take out and pour second can of tomato sauce on top. Bake 20 more min. Enjoy!
