Introduction

I made this because I had nothing else. I made this because I had nothing else.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One can of Navy beans (or any beans)
    One can of yellow corn (no salt added)
    Olive oil
    1 Clove of Garlic
    1/2 serrano pepper or more (depending how spicy)
    2 tomatoes

Directions

grate one of the tomatoes and sautee with garlic and serrano pepper until most of the water from the tomato has cooked out and then throw in and the beans and the corn and heat through. After about 5 minutes of the beans and corn cooking on high heat turn off, chop the tomatoes and stir them in. Salt and pepper to taste. i also added some cumin too. What ever spices you like can be added.
