Introduction

Beware Of Brain Freeze Beware Of Brain Freeze
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 6oz container fat free, light vanilla yogart
    1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup wheat germ (or less to taste)
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup (more or less to taste) tropical fruit salad
    1 small banana
1/4 cup cool whip (more or less to taste)
2 scoops vanilla ice cream (to taste)
2 tbs real maple syrup (not pancake syrup) to taste

Directions

No Cooking involved - just add all ingredients in a blender along with ice (I use approx 8-10oz cup of ice) Blend until smooth and fill individual serving size freezer cups (I use the original yogart containers 6 oz each) place in the freezer for whenever you want a cold sweet treat - makes approx. 6 or 8 - 6oz servings
Be sure to let it thaw somewhat but not too much - you want a somwhat frozen smoothie - beware of brain freeze - this recipe is also good using blueberries instead of tropical fruit - of course that changes the name too
